Patricia Meronoff, now retired, started with the firm in 1982 and became a partner in 1990. Her scope of practice included real estate, estate planning and probate, trusts, business, and corporate law, and municipal and county government law.
Patricia Meronoff handled a wide range of real estate transactions for contractors, developers, mortgage lenders, property owners, and municipalities. When representing property owners, her practice included handling property sale and purchase agreements, attending closing of such residential sales, creating and reviewing easement and license agreements, and drafting boundary line agreements. Contractors and developers use her expertise to draft and review Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, create and consult on Homeowners Associations, negotiate listing and property management agreements, and draft commercial and residential leases. During her years of practice, Patricia Meronoff has represented banks, and in such capacity she has drafted and negotiated mortgage financing documents, commercial construction loans, and conducted foreclosures of commercial and residential property.
