William S. Thornton, Jr. joined the firm as a partner in 1983. His scope of practice includes real estate, oil and gas, contracts, probate, trust law, business and corporate law, and banking law. Mr. Thornton is a second generation real estate attorney in the Bryan-College Station area.
Mr. Thornton has a broad transactional practice. He represents home builders, residential and commercial developers, and individuals in complex real estate transactions in connection with the acquisition and sale of improved and unimproved commercial, residential, and ranch real estate. He also represents executors, beneficiaries, and heirs during the probate and administration of estates.
