Blake Sawyer is an attorney with Bruchez & Goss, P.C., where his practice emphasizes estate planning, trust administration, and probate, along with business law, real estate matters, and related litigation. He works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to structure, protect, and preserve wealth through thoughtfully designed estate plans and practical legal strategies.
With more than a decade of legal experience, Blake brings a strong litigation background to his trust and estate practice. His experience includes handling Texas civil matters involving contract disputes, fiduciary litigation, probate administration, and business ownership transitions, allowing him to anticipate, mitigate, and manage potential conflicts before they arise.
A native of Little River-Academy, Texas, Blake earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2016 and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2024, where he also earned a Graduate Certificate in Wealth Management. His education supports a comprehensive, forward-looking approach to trusts, estate planning, and long-term wealth preservation.
Outside the office, Blake enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking and smoking barbecue, and following Formula 1 racing, Texas A&M football, Texas Rangers baseball, and Dallas Stars hockey. He takes pride in his Texas roots and approaches his work with the integrity, independence, and resilience that define his community.
