Jay Goss has been a partner at the firm since its founding in 1982. He has litigated numerous cases in state and federal courts, including personal injury from both the plaintiffs’ and defendants’ perspectives, product liability cases involving vehicles and construction equipment, condemnation cases, breach of contract cases, and various other commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Goss represents major construction companies, major oil companies, and public entities including counties, cities, and school districts in various litigation matters. Jay Goss is board certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
