Joe R. Patranella is a Bryan–College Station native with longstanding ties to Brazos and Milam Counties. He joined the firm in 2025, bringing with him over a decade of legal experience, including seven years in private practice, and six years as in-house counsel for a large agricultural financial institution.
Joe maintains a broad transactional practice spanning real estate, business and corporate law, probate and estate planning, contracts, and oil and gas. He has extensive experience reviewing and negotiating real estate contracts and representing buyers and sellers in commercial, farm and ranch, and residential real estate transactions. Joe also advises clients on a wide range of transactional issues, including general business and corporate matters, and oil & gas matters. In addition to his real estate and business work, he assists clients with estate-planning strategies and represents executors and administrators through probate and estate administration. His practice emphasizes practical solutions, clear communication, and responsive service tailored to each client’s needs.
